Oh yes, Miss Jehle! I love punctation to a fault. Case in point: I absolutely DETEST that people are dropping the last comma in a series of three or more. I know it's standard now, but it makes no sense at all to me. "Ben, Nick and Miss Jehle." What is that?! Sounds like you and Nick are one, like a band name. I really hate it.
So I am pursuing my own quiet little rebellion where I add back the last comma in all the books and articles that I edit for work. That'll show 'em!
